AngryTurtle's builds make sense for what he is: someone who runs with every Godroll in the game. Which is what makes him a great resource. Doesn't seem to affect it. Shotguns aside from the Gauss and very weak, so you need to roll a "magic" one to do monster damage or else you are out of luck. Skeet Shooter makes it TIGHT, but it doesn't improve VATS. You need high Perception and 33% effect for that. Nukes and dragons is a good place to work on your own. A bloodied vats stealth commando is probably the wya you want to go. Though a pa heavy gunner is also very strong (and more fun imo) Also, not all veterans run bloodied.Using Unyielding armor is another favorite of bloodied builds, your SPECIAL (other then Endurance) is increased the lower your health. Emergency protocols mod on torso for damage taken reduced even further. Empath perk for taking reduced damage on a team. Even when solo on a team. Gauss Minigun can be pretty effective, particularly if primed. Keeping heavy guns fed can be a challenge, but Legendary ammo perk, ammosmith, and super duper really help stretch the budget. Check out angry turtles videos on his lazy gunner build. That’s what I’m running on my second character and it’s pretty good.
